Chalet Descansa liegt auf die sonnige Venedigersiedlung, 5 minuten vom Skilift Wildkogel und 250 meter von Skibushaltestelle.
Die Talabfahrt zur Venedigersiedlung lauft bis 200 m von Haus.
Vor das Haus kan man auf die Wiese schlittenfahren.

Es hat eine wunderschöne Blick auf der Grossvenediger. Die viele Fenster vom Haus zeigen das herrliche Panorama.

Das Haus, gebaut in 2007, ist stilvoll Eingerichted und unterscheidet sich ein diesem Aspekt von anderen Häuser.

Chalet Descansa enthalt alle mögliche Komfort für 8-10 Personen; 4 grosse Schlaffzimmer, 2 Badezimmer.
Ein Chalet plus 2 Fernsehapparaten mit Kabel, Homecinema, Internetanschluss (Wifi), Sauna fur 6-7 Personen, Offene Kamine, Komplette Küche mit Kochinsel, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirspülmachine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Espressomachine und Skischuhtrocknerfur 10 pp. (4 Edelweiss für Privatvermieter)
Das ganse Haus hat Fussbodenheizung.

Vor das Chalet ist eine grosse Wiese und neben das Chalet auf die sonnige Süd-West Seite stehen zwei Holzbanken und eine grosse Tisch.

Chalet Descansa lies on the sunny Venedigersiedlung, 5 minutes by car from the ski-lift Wildkogel and 250 meter from the Skibusstation.
The downhill ski-route to the Venedigersiedlung ends at 200 m from the Chalet.
In front of the Chalet you can sledge on the slope.

It has a wonderfull view on the Grossvenediger. The many windows allow you to enjoy this changing beautifull panorama to the maximum.

The house, build in 2007 is decorated with style. From the outside it has the traditional Pinzgauer feeling, inside it has the luxe one can dream of.

Chalet Descansa has all the comfort for 8 persons; 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 TV with cable, internet (Wifi), homecinema, sauna for 6-7 Personen, fireplace, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven , microwave, skishoedryer etc.
The whole house has floorheating.

In the front of the Chalet is a large lawn and on the sunny south-west side there are two wooden benches and a large table.

There are two parking spaces at the house.
